I am so glad I found Scott to help us sort out our mortgage. He has been our one saving grace in this whole process. Having never bought in the UK previously Scott explained so much to us. I spent a good few hours on the phone to him asking questions but also chatting, Scott's so easy to get along with and I never once felt like he was trying to push me into anything or sell me something. He was always on hand to help, even in the face of sickness and family issues (we all have them!). The thought of choosing from the countless mortgage options plus adding in the complication of being a wedding supplier, needing to move house so soon after the pandemic, filled me with dread. We’re so glad we had Scott in our corner. The wedding industry basically shut down for twelve months so we weren’t hopeful, even though we’d had no issues in the past. I can’t emphasise enough the value of having a brilliant mortgage broker working for you to make sure the whole process is stress free and making sure you get the right deal.
Scott was our broker and we couldn’t be happier. He was in constant touch with us to keep us updated, sourced a mortgage via a lender with particular expertise in self employed applications and had a mortgage loan offer in our solicitor’s hands in under two weeks.
